Map the operations floor
We shadowed the operations team, documented each repetitive workflow and ranked them by volume, error rate and business impact.
An autonomous AI agent system that took over routine supply-chain operations, so Nexus Logistics now handles three times the volume with the same team.
Nexus Logistics coordinates freight across a global network, and much of its daily operations depended on people moving information by hand: reading order and shipment documents, re-keying data between systems, chasing status updates and flagging exceptions.
As volumes grew, that manual work became the bottleneck. Adding headcount would have raised costs without fixing the underlying process, so the operations team needed a way to scale throughput while keeping people in control of the decisions that mattered.
We shadowed the operations team, documented each repetitive workflow and ranked them by volume, error rate and business impact.
Each high-volume workflow was given its own AI agent with a narrow remit: document intake, data entry across systems, status tracking and exception triage.
A Python orchestration layer connects the agents to existing systems, logs every action for audit and routes uncertain cases to a person for approval.
A React Native app lets supervisors monitor agent activity, approve escalations and adjust rules from the floor or on the move.
“Gen7Ven didn’t just build an AI tool. They re-engineered our entire operations floor. We’re doing 3x the volume with the same team.”
