In depthAn AI automation workshop that ships working workflows
Every organisation has work that moves data from one system to another, sorts incoming requests or sends the same follow-up again and again. This AI automation workshop teaches non-developers to automate that work with no-code platforms and AI steps, and each participant leaves with automations they have built themselves.
n8n, Zapier and Make training in one programme
Zapier, Make and n8n each have strengths. Zapier is quick to learn and connects to a very wide range of applications. Make offers visual control over complex branching scenarios. n8n can be self-hosted, which suits organisations with strict data requirements, and handles advanced logic well. Rather than teaching one platform in isolation, we show how the same automation concepts apply across all three, so your team can choose the right tool for each process and avoid being locked into a single vendor.
Adding AI to no-code workflows
Traditional automation follows fixed rules, which breaks down when inputs are messy. Adding a language model step changes that. Participants learn to classify incoming emails, extract fields from documents, summarise long threads and draft personalised replies within a workflow. We cover how to write prompts for automation, structure outputs so later steps can rely on them, control usage costs, and insert human approval where an error would be costly. Exercises use realistic examples, such as triaging support tickets, processing invoices and summarising meeting notes into tasks for the right team.
CRM and email automation that saves hours
Sales and customer-facing teams often lose time to manual data entry. On day two, participants automate common CRM and email processes: capturing leads from forms, enriching and scoring them, updating records in HubSpot or Salesforce, routing enquiries to the right owner and sending timely follow-ups. Each exercise is built with test data in a sandbox environment, so the patterns can be applied safely to your live systems after the workshop. We also explain how to measure the time each automation saves, which helps justify further investment.
Automations you can trust in production
An automation that fails silently can do more harm than the manual process it replaced. We teach the practices our engineers use on client systems: error handling and retries, alerts when something breaks, secure credential storage, clear naming and documentation, and an inventory of every live workflow. The capstone project brings everything together, as each participant automates a real task from their own role and presents it to the group. Feedback from trainers and colleagues helps refine each workflow before it goes live.
